Important Information

 Short-Term (nightly or weekly) reservation is  for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you do not check-in on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert Bellamont 72 hours in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you cancel 72 hours in advance or more, you are entitled to a refund minus a small cancellation fee of $25.00 All sites will accommodate up to 2 adults. 

Long Term Reservation (month-to-month) is for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. Failure to check in on the first day of the reservation will forfeit payment and reservation will be cancelled.  

If park accepts booking of your reservation, Bellamont will immediately charge your credit card the total cost of your stay. Reservation cannot be changed or transferred.  If your reservation is not accepted, your credit card will not be charged.

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the park to the customer at checkout. These charges may be extra parking, additional storage, etc. and are not included in your reservation price.
